We received excellent service from Foundation Solutions 360 while having a foundation problem repaired. Casey's crew were first rate. They explained what they were doing, along with why and how they were doing it. They were on-time each day and worked diligently to solve the problem. All of the crew were very personable, readily answering questions when asked & they took great care to minimize the impact to our concrete stamp work & yard. No small feat given how close the patio is to the work that was done & with how soft the lawn was with all the rain we've had. We had a positive experience with everyone we interacted with at Foundation Solutions 360. We hope we won't need their help again any time soon, but we absolutely know who to call if we do.

Be careful when you’re choosing a company to fix water in your basement. There’s a lot of rip offs out there, I know I had them. But this company is excellent. This company came in, corrected the problems the other companies created and fix my problem. First time my basement’s been dry in the eight years I’ve owned the house. They’re also excellent on following up if you have a problem or a question. Cannot give them enough stars!!!!!!!!!’

I wanted to update my previous review of Foundation Solutions 360. After experiencing some water seepage following the work that was done, I reached out with my concerns. Dave came back out to take a look and made the effort to address the issue. He was more than willing to make things right, which I truly appreciate. Casey and the crew did an excellent job. At the job site on time. Very professional and sincere with their communication. Well prepared and organized. They worked well together and did an outstanding job. The basement looks amazing.  Casey took time to explain the process in detail. I am very happy with the results.
